Successment enters its second year as a startup ecosystem builder in Tulsa, OK, after a successful program partnership with Build in TulsaTechstars Accelerator in 2023. In 2024, we continue to harness the startup revenue growth power of RevOps Science® programming for the We Build Accelerator powered by Build in Tulsa. Successment’s founder and CEO, Jonathan J Mentor, is on-site facilitating a 2-month revenue growth program designed to ignite growth for Build in Tulsa’s all female of color cohort.
This underlines Successment’s United Nations World Summit Award nomination for the #ProvokeVisibility Campaign and its mission to ignite $100M in annual revenue generation for underrepresented startups.

The three objectives of Successment’s RevOps Science® program, called the B2B Growth Lab, at Build in Tulsa are:
- Center Tulsa startups on their first $1M ARR and take an innovative approach to accelerator programming by applying a proven growth methodology like RevOps Science® to their teams.
- Set the Tulsa Accelerator standard with a focus on revenue outcomes and a hyper-focus on execution rather than theory, operations, and capital fundraising,
- Incentivize startups to build and stay in Tulsa, which will build the economy by attracting Oklahoma talent, corporate capital, state incentives, and local tax revenue.
RevOps Science® is made up of the 3 P’s of Profit: Process, Performance, and Progress. This method makes startup data work more efficiently toward revenue growth by aligning the entire revenue operation for more efficient strategy and execution, not just sales and capital fundraising.
The B2B Growth Lab is part of Successment’s Spark Studio Program, which offers flexible revenue growth programs for startup ecosystem builders like VC/PE firms, universities, and accelerators.

Jonathan Mentor will facilitate the B2B Growth Lab at Build in Tulsa until the end of September 2024.
